Xtreme Hip Hop is a NEW fitness movement created by American trainer Phillip Weeden, who saw a need for something new and different in the market.

Already huge in the USA and around the world, Xtreme Hip Hop is a revamp of traditional step aerobics with routines set to new and old skool HipHop and RnB. It just makes you want to get up and move while getting a great workout and burning calories.

It’s suitable for all fitness levels – you can go as easy or as hard as you like, but prepared to get pushed to your limit.

You will have a lot of fun with an interactive class with like minded people who encourage and push themselves to their capacity, while enjoying those deadly beats.

BEGINNERS CLASS

This is suitable for all levels, especially those who have never done a step class before or not familiar with Xtreme Hip Hop. We stick to some basic slow routines using the basic moves and then pick up the pace just a little as the class progresses.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS

Suitable for thos who have attended a few beginners classes already and are familiar with the basic moves and comfortable with a faster pace, and ready to step it up a notch.
